Ylang Ylang
Ylang Ylang, or the "flower of flowers" as it is known in the Phillipines where it proliferates, is a powerful and long lasting floral that blends well with all other florals, including Narcissus, with which it makes a nice complement. It is a middle note, and its soothing quality is used in healing.
Ylang Ylang is associated with Mercury, as well as Venus and sometimes Mars. It is considered to have attributes of both the elements of Fire and Water. It is used for meditation and for sexual work.
